By pairing deep loss mitigation expertise with an innovative approach to loan servicing, Premier Capital Solutions works with the top five U.S. banks and more than 200 mortgage servicers, recovering approximately 90% of value for mortgage note holders while restoring financial stability to homeowners.
Premier Capital Solutions (PCS) is committed to providing our referring agents and investors the communication, transparency, and expertise that is required to successfully close a short sale and other foreclosure alternative programs. Through the strategic partnerships we have created with banks, law firms, and real estate professionals, along with our proprietary technology, we are able to provide innovative solutions to our clients. We thoroughly analyze each transaction to reduce the impact of foreclosure and ensure a successful closing.
Do you know anyone experiencing financial difficulties who may benefit from doing a short sale? Let PCS handle the work of processing the short sale. PCS frequently receives referrals from attorneys (foreclosure, bankruptcy, divorce and probate attorneys refer their clients to PCS to complete a short sale while still receiving their fee), loan originators, buyer’s agents and homeowners.
INVESTORS
PCS works with investors who bring us properties that qualify for a short sale. After we negotiate with the homeowner’s bank for short sale approval, we will present the short sale approved price to the investor, before it is listed on the MLS. This gives investors a leg up in the competitive real estate market by allowing them first access to highly discounted properties.
If you’re a real estate investor who markets to homeowners, here are some indicators that a homeowner might qualify for a short sale:
-
Homeowner has little equity or no equity
-
Homeowner’s property is dilapidated and can’t afford to make repairs
-
Homeowner is in foreclosure or served a preforeclosure notice
If you have come across a homeowner with any of these circumstances, please fill out the form below or give us a call at
Are you a realtor with a potential short sale listing?
How do I know if my client can do a short sale?
- Client owes more than what their property can sell for and they are experiencing a financial hardship (job loss, divorce, medical bills, a payment that jumped after a rate adjustment, rising insurance or property taxes, etc.) and want to sell the property.
- Client has been served a foreclosure notice or is in an active foreclosure and needs to sell quickly (even if there is a foreclosure auction date scheduled, we can likely still help).
